When you are ready to pick up your travel trailer or toy hauler, we require at least 24 hours notice so we can safely pull it out and complete our trip preparation for you which is included in your rent.

Trip Preparation Includes:

• Exterior wash with spot free water including windows, wheels and tires
• Check the batteries and charge them if needed
• Check the tire pressure and fill if needed
• Start your refrigerator on request
• Fill freshwater on request

Once we have completed the trip preparation, your trailer or toy hauler will be parked in our secure staging area available for you to pick up anytime, day or night.

Upon your return, feel free to use the dump station in the staging area if you need to then simply park your trailer in one of the available spots. We will then safely park it back into our secure indoor or outdoor storage area.

Since we park every trailer and toy hauler with a custom forklift, we eliminate the need for you to worry about any kind of damage caused by others. We take pride in every trailer that is stored here and is personally tended to like it is our own.
